1. Overview

The City of Valley Mills is requesting written quotes from qualified electrical contractors to provide labor and materials for the electrical installation of a new metal shop building.

2. Project Information

📍 Location: 101 W Avenue E, Valley Mills, TX 76689 behind City Hall

The project generally includes:

• Electrical service and meter installation
• Distribution panels and breakers
• Interior and exterior lighting
• General power outlets and circuits
• Equipment hookups (shop equipment, welders, etc.)
• Wiring, grounding, and bonding
• Final inspection and commissioning

3. Quote Submission Instructions

Quotes must be submitted by:

4. Contractor Requirements

Contractors must provide:

• Valid Texas Electrical Contractor License
• Proof of insurance
• Relevant project experience
• Estimated project schedule
• Itemized quote
