How do I sign up for water service?
You can either print the application below or fill one out at City Hall. A $150 deposit is required for residence service as well as a $20 service fee.
When will I be billed?
Bills are mailed on the last business day of the month. Payments are due by close of business on the 15th unless otherwise listed on the bill. Payments received after close of business on the due date will incur late charges.

When will my trash be picked up?
The City of Valley Mills contracts with Waste Management of Central Texas for garbage service. Pick-up days are Tuesday and Friday of every week. Please have your garbage placed by the roadside no later than 7:30am to ensure your trash is picked up.

The residential garbage rate for the City is $17.67 Residents do need to provide their own trash cans.

If your water bill is not paid by the due date a $15 LATE FEE will be applied.
Water Quality Reports
If your water bill is not paid in full your water will be cut off by 10:00 a.m. on or about the 26th of each month. A $50.00 reconnect fee will be added to your balance. Both the water bill and the $50.00 reconnect fee must be paid prior to having the water turned back on.
